At Altitude Helicopters, nothing is left to chance or improvised. We offer helicopter services to a diverse clientele, understanding that client satisfaction requires meticulous planning, expertise, discretion, and passion. OUR JOURNEY
1994
In 1994, Simone Moro and his brother Marcello Moro founded the company Altitude S.R.L.
2010
In 2010, the adventure took to new heights with the creation of Altitute Air Pvt. in Nepal, a joint venture expanding our reach. Here, we began offering a wide array of services, from search and rescue to transportation, all with our signature friendly touch and commitment to excellence.
2012
In 2012, Marcello started Altitude Helicopters Inc. in San Diego. With this step, we began offering flight training, tours, and more, all with a friendly approach and a focus on making flying fun and accessible to everyone.
2017
In 2017, we grew our operations to San Luis Obispo, California, with Heli Pro, another location offering the same services as Altitude Helicopter Inc. in San Diego. This new extension, acting as a sister company to our San Diego base, signified a considerable expansion, improving our capacity to provide a broad spectrum of aviation services.
2021
In 2021, we took another significant step by opening a new base in Sicily, specifically in the Taormina area, this allowed us to extend our services from Naples down, adding the unique experience of tours at the majestic Volcano Etna to our offerings.

Our next adventure leads us to Tuscany, where we’re planning to establish a base to offer our services across all of Italy.

Altitude Helicopters has operated all over the world, from its offices in Italy to helicopter operations in Nepal and the United States.
Pilot school
We founded two flight academies that have successfully graduated hundreds of helicopter pilots to date.
